UK Punk Band that Kicks Ass

Disdain was formed in 1993 by guitarist Dan Jutton and bassist Seth Johnson, after a chance meeting at their probation office.  With a variety of influences, from Pantera and Testament to Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden, they had a melodic, guitar based sound.  Drummer (and master appliance mover) Dave Carbee was added next, bringing a solid rhythm and thundering fills.  Completing the madness is vocalist Brian Kendrick aka the cookie monster HAH!, who was found fixing his 4x4, drinking Budweisers and listening to Slayer and Minor Threat.  Together, they create a music that is heavy, yet beautiful.
